Mental health workshops and training courses
Developing a healthy and resilient workforce
Mental ill health is the most common cause of long-term sickness absence in the UK.
NICE, the CIPD and the HSE all recommend that Occupational health (OH) services are among the most common and effective methods of managing long-term absence.
We can support your managers and employees to ensure that good mental health is at the heart of your workplace. Our programmes can be delivered as webinars, making them a cost-effective alternative to in-person workshops.
They can be tailored to your company’s requirements and are lead and facilitated by one of our team of qualified specialist health professionals, according to your specific needs.

Expert training and guidance
Absences due to work-related stress, depression and anxiety were on the increase even before we experienced a global pandemic. As lockdown lifts and ‘normal’ working life resumes, there is likely to be even greater fallout from a year in which many people have suffered isolation, loss of loved ones and job insecurity.
Our team of experts can help you develop a resilient workforce, whose mental health needs are both understood and supported by management, and who are better able to manage the stresses of both work and life.
It includes Dr David Batman, a registered medical practitioner and senior Occupational Health Consultant with 30 years of experience in rehabilitation, wellbeing at work, mental health at work, employee resilience and sleep problems.
