Whether you need us on an ad hoc basis or a regular visit, we are here for you.
On site visits are often preferred for employers requiring day rate services such as Health Surveillance and face-to-face testing.
What to expect
We will always make prior arrangements to agree meeting time, location and parking. Depending upon the nature of the assessments taking place, we may be bringing medical equipment on site – we will liaise with you to ensure there are no accessibility issues.
We will provide service information prior to our visit which you can share with your team so they know what to expect on the day.
Maintaining high clinical standards are our priority
When coming on site, we continually strive to ensure we act in a professional manner and you can trust us to deliver a professional service.
To enable this, a suitable room will be required which meets clinical hygiene requirements, is well lit, enables us to maintain the privacy and dignity of your staff being assessed, and ensures there is unrestricted access i.e. where required for people with disabilities or additional needs.
Don’t worry, our team will have a relaxed conversation with you beforehand to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Rest assured, our staff coming on-site are covered by our Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance policies with Hiscox – certificates of insurance can be provided prior to our visit if required.
