What to expect
Employees will receive service information prior to the call so they know exactly what to expect when we call.
Staff should be in a private space whether they will not be disturbed or disrupted, and feel they can talk about personal and confidential matters with our clinicians.
Our highly trained health professionals will make your employee feel comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation, with a comprehensive report sent on to the referring manager after the session.
